After 5 days of building, my model is 90% complete including a corner / curve of the Carpenter Center, the buildings by Robinson, Sever, Emerson, and Fog Art Museum. (showing its immediate context, seen in photo below. I now am recognizing a couple things I wish I did differently and have a couple questions regarding that. In my model the different faces of the chipboard do not read very different so my building in the site looks kind of plain and I would like to do some to distinguish it as an addition to the pre-existing site. Second, since a portion of The Carpenter Center is added, is it necessary to build a site model?

For the main path I sanded the chipboard to create a texture similar to that of one of the practice casts to replicate the "accident" of visceral emotive quality as seen on the left of the image of the path. This building's concept as a labyrinth to evoke both psychological and physiological emotions is strengthened with this notion and also defines the main path through the film archive.
